Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or beyond beef)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cans of tomato sauce
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 dash oregano
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Add olive oil, garlic, and onion to a sauce pan and fry until brown
- If using a vegetarian beef replacement, brown in a frying pan prior to adding
- Add tomato sauce, ground beef, salt & pepper, parsley, basil, and oregano
- let cook at low heat for at least 1 hour
