- 5 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 4 Cups Milk
- 2 2/3 Cup Flour
- Mix together in large mixing bowl.
- Spray pan with cooking oil, cook over medium heat.
- Serve with fruit, lemon juice and powdered sugar if desired.
Light, fluffy, sweet and exceptional when served with fresh fruit.
