Ingredients
Pie
- 32 oz. Ricotta
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- Milk (as needed)
Chocolate Mix
- ½ Cup Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Milk (as needed)
Directions
- Blend pie until smooth in mixer.
- Pour mix into pie crust.
- Place chocolate mix in bowl and microwave until melted.
- Add powdered sugar to chocolate mixture if it’s too runny.
- Stir chocolate mixture and drop spots into rocotta mix.
- With a knife, fold chocolate spots into rocotta mix.
- Back at 375F until firm.
