Ingredients

Pie

  • 32 oz. Ricotta
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla 
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Milk (as needed)

Chocolate Mix

  • ½ Cup Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Milk (as needed)

Directions

  1. Blend pie until smooth in mixer.
  2. Pour mix into pie crust.
  3. Place chocolate mix in bowl and microwave until melted.
  4. Add powdered sugar to chocolate mixture if it’s too runny.
  5. Stir chocolate mixture and drop spots into rocotta mix.
  6. With a knife, fold chocolate spots into rocotta mix.
  7. Back at 375F until firm.
