- 1 stick of butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 oz (1/3 cup) yeast
- 6 cups water (room temp)
- 5 lbs flour
- Put margarine and salt in pan.
- Soften yeast in 4 cups of water. Add to margarine.
- Add flour mix by hand, adding water as needed.
- Kneed until smooth.
- Sprinkle with four on top, cover & let rise.
- Bake rolls at 415F for 25 minutes, bake loafs at 400F for 40 minutes.
