Ingredients
- 4 Qt. Water
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Big Potato’s cut in half
- 1 Small Onion, cut in quarters
- 1 Head of Kale
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Salt
Directions
- Boil until potatoes fall apart. Blend until smooth with a wand mixer.
- Cut 6 – 8 Kale Leaves, cut into thin strips.
- Boil water.
- Put greens in a bowl, add boiling water, and stir.
- Add Kale to boiling caldo, cook for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with orzo pasta.
