Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Shortening or Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soda
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 2 Cups Oatmeal
- 1 Cup Nuts
- 1 Package Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Cream sugar and butter
- Add eggs until mixed well.
- Add flour, salt, soda and baking powder, mix well.
- Add coconut, oatmeal and nuts, mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes.
