Artichoke Chili Dip

Break out the tortilla chips! or even pita chips… Hell, you could eat this stuff with a spoon!

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts in water
  • 1 can chopped green chili
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (kraft)

Directions

  1. Chop artichokes
  2. Mix all ingredients in pie pan
  3. If using fat free mayonnaise spray the top of the dip with Pam Olive Oil so it will brown.
  4. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
